How do I get started?
Can I just book a court without the app?
- Yes, you can open court bookings on our website here
What is the cancellation policy?
- 48 hours notice
- You can cancel your bookings in the app more than 2 days in advance
- Rain cancellation
- If the forecast confirms there will be sufficient rain at the time of the booking you can request a cancellation by email. This is detailed in full here
How do I get rackets and balls?
- You can hire rackets and purchase balls
- This can be done when you make the booking or in the cafe on the day
- Padel rackets – £2.50 to hire each
- Padel balls – £6 to purchase a tube of 3
How much does it cost?
- £24 – 60 mins off-peak
- £30 – 60 mins peak
- £36 – 90 mins off-peak
- £45 – 90 mins peak
- Off-peak is weekdays before 17:00
- Peak time is weekdays 17:00 onwards and all weekend times
I don’t have a group of 4
- You could sign up to activities like the socials in the app
- You could also join/create a public match
- You can also join our WhatsApp group to meet fellow padel players!
Is there coaching and other activities like socials and leagues?
- Yes, you can book private coaching or group coaching
- Please find our coaches’ booking information here
- You can see and join our socials in the app
- Leagues are coming to Nettla soon!
How do I know my level?
- Please read the levelling definitions here
- Then you select your starting level in the app
- Your level is dynamic and will change with results
- For assistance with levelling, please email us
Is there parking?
- Yes, parking is free while you play
- You enter via the roundabout at the top of Waterfront Way
- Please refer to the About Us page for a helpful picture of the entrance point
What are your opening hours?
- Weekdays: 8am – 10pm
- Weekends: 8am – 8pm
